ACHIEVEMENTS
Ar. N.M. Salim has received several awards for his outstanding and innovative work in the field of architecture. He was the recipient of The Indian Institute of Architects Award 2000 for designing the best public building in India – Galfar International Convention Centre at Kochi, Kerala. He also received award for designing and constructing a Low Cost House for the Kerala State Housing Board in 1982. The firm has also been nominated for the prestigious Aga Khan award in 3 different categories.

2001: NMS Residence , Kozhikode – Aga Khan Nomination
2004: MES College of Engineering, Kuttipuram – Aga Khan Award Nomination
2004: Le Meridien Five Star Hotel, Cochin - Aga Khan Award Nomination
2009: Bearys Global Research Triangle (BGRT), Bangalore – MC Bauchemie Award for Best Concrete Building Award instituted by ICI
2009: Beary’s Lakeside Habitat building, Bangalore - Great Architect Award
2013: Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium, Cochin – Ultratech Endowment Award Nomination for Outstanding Concrete Structure of Kerala instituted by ICI
